Welcome to TNT, Justin. I am sorry you got into trouble at P&CA. It wasn't my doing! In fact, I got in trouble, too.

There is currently a major "redesign" at work over there. Fred, Dufrel, and I got demoted to regular member status.

I am not worried about my demotion. I need that job as much as I need a hole in my head. However, I am worried about irrational and emotional decisions being taken, and what this will do to the health of a board to which I have devoted thousands of hours of work over a period of seven years.
